This Policy follows:
- PIPEDA (Canada), Alberta & BC PIPA; we do not actively market to Quebec.
- 20 comprehensive U.S. state privacy statutes now in force (CA, VA, CO, CT, UT, IA, IN, TN, TX, FL, MT, OR, DE, NH, NJ, KY, NE, RI, MD, MN).
- TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other sector-specific U.S. laws.

- From clients who upload lead lists—Riel Deal acts as processor under a Data Processing Addendum.

- Provide, bill for, and improve our services.
- Verify identity, prevent fraud, enforce the Terms.
- Run advertising/retargeting campaigns (after consent).
- Meet legal obligations.
6 When We Share
- Payment processors – Elavon Converge, Stripe, Square.
- Cloud & analytics – Webflow (hosting), AWS, Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
- Autocaller Tool Vendor – Lead numbers and call-flow data (only if you activate the tool).
- Advisers / successors – auditors, lawyers, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell data for money.
7 International Transfers
Data is processed in Canada and the U.S. Contractual safeguards + industry-standard security (AES-256 at rest; TLS 1.2 +).
8 Retention
Business records kept indefinitely or until, at our discretion, no longer required—reviewed quarterly.
